Gen Factor colloidal Growth Factors

Gen Factor colloidal Growth Factors

What are Gen Factor colloidal growth factors?

Growth Factor colloids are a composition of biologically active proteins and peptides placed in a biopolymer hydrogel base, which enables the transfer of growth factors and other proteins to the surface of the skin. These innovative and advanced preparations give spectacular results in skin defects such as scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, loss of firmness, loss of face oval. These are the first and only products with such extreme effectiveness.

Thanks to diversity and technological advancement, Gen Factor products can be used alone or in combination with new technologies. The effects achieved are faster and more spectacular than the effects using traditional laser monotherapy. Using more than one product triggers a powerful, synergistic effect.

What growth factors are present in the new Gen Factor gels, and what are their properties?

Gel 05

It contains Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).

Features :

  • It induces or suppresses the process of angiogenesis
  • It builds and regenerates the vascular endothelium and also increases vascular permeability.
  • Strongly inhibits necrosis of the skin matrix,
  • Takes part in the proliferation of mesenchymal cells, i.e., fibroblasts, osteoblasts, smooth muscle cells of capillaries, and mesenchymal stem cells
  • Increases blood supply to the wound area
  • Increases the efficiency of capillary circulation

Indications:

  • Stretch marks,
  • Hypertrophic mature scars
  • The processes of necrosis, scarring,
  • Pigmentation disorders
  • Vascular necrosis after unsuccessful aesthetic medicine treatments
  • Photoaging process,
  • Keratosis process,
  • Process of skin tissue weakening,
  • The process of degradation and cellular aging

gel 06

It contains Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and Fibroblast growth factor (FGF).

Properties of gel 06:

  • Stimulates the proliferation and migration of keratinocytes
  • It induces the proliferation and stimulation of fibroblasts
  • It generates the proliferation and stimulation of myofibroblasts
  • It triggers the suppression of epidermal cell apoptosis
  • It has a cytoprotective effect against oxidative stress
  • It regulates the response between the basal layer of the epidermis and the dermis, which affects, among others, the environment of melanocytes

Indications:

  • Atrophic scars
  • Tissue losses
  • Wrinkles
  • Photoaging processes
  • Stretch marks

Gel 07

It contains Insulin-like growth factor (IGF – 1).

Features of gel 07:

  • It takes part in the creation, reconstruction, and regeneration of virtually all tissues and organs
  • It inhibits apoptosis and biosynthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines
  • Increases the efficiency of the so-called “night self-repair of tissues” entering the correlation of GH (growth hormone)
  • Modifies skin response in combination with other Gen Factor hydrogels

Indications:

  • With most skin dysfunctions associated with atrophy:
  • Atrophic scars
  • Wrinkles
  • Skin flaccidity
  • Stretch marks
  • Necrotic and scarring processes

gel 08

It contains Transforming growth factor beta (TGF – β )

Properties of gel 08:

  • He is involved in wound healing
  • It takes part in the processes of angiogenesis, stimulation of the synthesis, and degradation of extracellular matrix proteins
  • It controls proliferation and differentiation in most cell types
  • It regulates the entry of cells into the apoptosis pathway and stimulates the division of mesenchymal cells
  • It has an anti-inflammatory effect
  • I Causes
    • Increased fibroblast proliferation
    • Increased myofibroblast differentiation
    • Stimulating the expression of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins
    • Inhibition of ECM degradation by stimulating the synthesis of matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors
    • Increased GAG and hyaluronic acid synthesis

Indications:

  • Atrophic scars
  • Tissue losses
  • Wrinkles
  • Skin flaccidity and dryness
  • Photoaging processes
  • Stretch marks
  • Wounds

How is the procedure going?

The hydrogel application is preceded by manual micropuncture or micropunctures using a dermapen. The procedure is performed without anesthesia. During the treatment, it is possible to feel slight discomfort, especially around the eyes and forehead. However, it is temporary and less painful than traditional laser therapy.

How long does the skin heal after this procedure?

Immediately after the procedure, the skin may be red, and this condition persists, depending on the type of punctures performed and individual predispositions, from 2 hours to 7 days. After about 4-5 days, the skin gently peels off, which is not visible if we do not use makeup. Care recommended by a specialist should be used during and after the convalescence period, which significantly accelerates the healing process and increases the effectiveness of the treatment.

However, the entire healing process is shorter compared to laser therapies.

When can you expect the first results?

Depending on the skin defect, the first effects are visible after 7 days (in the case of skin lifting) or after 6 weeks (in the case of scars).

How many treatments are needed for the best results?

Although Gen Factor products are one of the most effective tools of tissue bioengineering, it is necessary to carry out several – a dozen or so treatments to achieve spectacular effects. The amount and configuration of preparations are selected individually depending on the skin defect and individual predispositions of tissue regeneration.

Treatments using growth factors, however, are extremely precise and effective, which allows you to achieve much faster and better results than traditional laser therapy.
